Do you want to be the member of 48 family? In their concert, AKB48 announced the system of group draft for selecting the new member. In this selection, there is a difference from the selection before. For the captain, she may choose the member for her team. Hmm, it seems like exciting right?
Here is the details of AKB48 Group Draft System :
- Each captain may choose the members for their team.
- The selected candidate will be listed on draft member.
- If there 2 teams or more have the same candidate, will use the lottery to determine the member to get in the team.
- If the candidate refuse the result for joining a team, she will lost her right to join any team.
THE SCHEDULE
- August 12 to September 3 : Application acceptance
- September 7-September 13 : Staff will contact the candidates who passed
- September 14-September 16 : The candidates will be through interview by management
- September 21-September 23 : Candidates who passed the interview, they will follow a special audition for vocal and dance
- Candidates who passed the Audition Vvocal and dance will be asked to make an introductory video that will be uploaded to the internet.
- The candidates will be listed at Draft AKB event scheduled on November 10
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Girls aged 11 - 18 ( If under 15 years old must be guided by the parents)
- Not in the contract with another agency
- Ready to take a part in every activities such as exercises and daily theatre performances.
